Office of Real Estate Services works with all major carriers including AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile and Verizon.  Carriers wishing to lease new sites or exercise their options under their leases should contact this office.

Modifications to the carrier’s equipment in their leased space typically requires Landlord approval and any site visit will require a 24 hour notice prior to the intended visit in order to gain access to the rooftop.  Please contact Jan Becker with any requests.

ATM

Office of Real Estate Services works with major banks for placement of their automated teller machines (ATM) located around campus, including Bank of America, SunTrust, PNC and Wells Fargo.  ATM locations can be found by visiting the banking website directly.  Emory Alliance Credit Union, a full service branch is located in the Dobbs University Center, 605 Asbury Circle.
